Simple method of Kung Pao chicken
Food preparation:
1 piece of chicken breast, scallion, garlic, dried chili, bean paste, cooking wine, soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, starch, peanuts
Steps:
Step 1: Cut the chicken breast into small pieces, add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, a little salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of starch, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes
Step 2: Seasoning sauce: 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon starch, add an appropriate amount of water and mix well
[3R] Step 3: Heat up the pot, add oil and stir fry the chicken until it changes color. Remove from the heat and leave the bottom oil in the pot. Stir fry the scallions, garlic, and dried chili until fragrant. Add 1 tablespoon of Douban sauce and stir fry until the red oil is removed
[4R] Step 4: Stir fry diced chicken, add scallions, drizzle with sauce, add peanuts, stir fry over high heat until the sauce is collected
Note: Chicken breast can also be replaced with boneless chicken leg meat~Peanuts should be fried with oil~
According to personal preferences, you can add diced carrots and diced cucumbers. Personally, I prefer not to add them. Haha, once you learn them, they will be your signature dishes. Arrange them quickly!!
